partition assistant locked partitions

Hi I Have used the partition assistant to change a partition size, but it has now locked two of the partitions and is asking for a 48 digit key, which I do not have. How can I get one?

Thank you Rodneps, could you please reply if the program that locked your PC was Bitlocker?
