Error code 13 on Macbook Pro 2019 (Bootcamp)

I installed windows on my Macbook Pro 2019, and I wanted to resize a partition in AOMEI. So I did so and then I selected to make a WinPE Enviorment. Turns out once that was done it constantly bootlooped on WinPE telling me "Press any key to restart." And when I do that it restarts the computer, loads for a bit, and goes back to that screen. I really need help with this. Thanks!

    @ReAlMs, Sorry that our program currently doesn't support Bootcamp. It can't resize partitions on Macbook.

    Excusez moi j'ai exactement le même problème mais j'utilise os Windows aidez moi svp je suis vraiment bloqué en ce moment

    @Ouattaraabraham, What operation did you perform? Did you mean that you can boot into windows, and it reboots into "Preos mode" every time?
