Download old versions of AOMEI Backupper (V5)

I am a legit and registered user of AOMEI Backupper Pro.
I need to read files from a Backup created by a computer which doesn't exist any more, according to the timestamp the backup was created around end of 2019. The current version of AOMEI Backupper refuses to read the backup file, saying something like "file is corrupt, or version does not match". I cannot remember which version was installed on the computer when the backup was created. Originally I purchased a V4, but may have updated it some day, I cannot remember. I tried a V4.02 I had still around, and the current 6.1, but no success.

Can I download a version 5 somewhere to try?
Is there any way to look into the backup file to tell which version was
used to create it?

Generally, the higher version is compatible with the backups created by the lower version.
But, if the backup image is damaged or it is not intact, any version of AOMEI Backupper can't handle it.
