AOMEI OneKey Recovery crashes at 29%

Hi everyone,
I have w7 x64; 8 Gb ram; ssd 500Gb;

I have a problem with AOMEI OneKey Recovery, because I can't start the backup process.
on this disc, the screen starts. It gets to 29% and doesn't go further (it doesn't even start the disk partition process).
only message is:

"Marking system partition ...
Checking disk ...
The program is preparing for Restart Mode. After complete the preparation, the computer will be restarted automatically and enter into this Restart Mode ... "

on other disk works perfectly.
I have installed Adk, sdk, but I can't solve it.how can I solve?

the version is 8.0.0.1219 (Free)
if installed on another hard disk, it works correctly (exactly it works on three different PCs).

but on this the procedure starts and stops at 29%

I also waited three hours with the bar at 29%

from "disk management" I don't see starting any disk partition process.

(primary ssd with os w7 x64 installed)

i updated the frame network..installed adk sdk .. updated w7 ..

what can i still do to solve?

Could you run MakeDisc.exe under the installation directory of AOMEI OneKey Recovery to create WinPE bootable iso? Please check if it will be stuck. If you can create the WinPE ISO successfully, please put the iso to the installation directory of AOMEI OneKey Recovery, and then try to create backup again.

i started MakeDisc.exe.

I tried the three options (DvD / Usb / Directory) for about thirty minutes, but the process starts and gets stuck at 10%.

Inside the devices, nothing is created.

I'm waiting for instructions (tnk)

What antivirus software are you using? Could you temporarily close them, and then try to create WinPE again?

even disabling the antivirus, it doesn't work (AVG).

(windows firewall is also disabled)

I did a different test:

i downloaded aomei backupper free.

I tried the backup (and it works)

I created a bootable winPe disk (created it quickly ("ampe" image))

I put the image in the program directory and restarted (to see if it worked).

on reboot i got this error

..foreseeable error, because created for another program
but now i know that backupper creates the winPe 

maybe i could try to reinstall "Windows AIK kit"?

or maybe "WAIK (" Windows Automated Installation Kit ")"?

or reinstall "Windows 7 Service Pack 1"?

I prefer "OneKey Recovery" because it is very simple and decisive.
