PE mode not available for selection in Partition Assistant 8.8

in AOMEI Products Support
Can't select PE mode for diskclone in Windows 10.  Always default to PreOS mode and gave me an error code 11 after it rebooted.

    Anyone has a suggestion?  I can't complete the diskclone process using Partition Assistant.  Don't have a problem when using AOMEI BackUPPER.

    Hello,
    Sorry for the inconvenience. If there is no recovery environment or your recovery environment is damaged. 
    You can download and install Windows ADK, and then do the disk clone again under WinPE mode. Or, please try to manually create WinPE bootable media, and then boot your computer from WinPE media to do the clone.
