PE does not work

I have a HP Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz. Ram 8.00GB 64-bit Op. x64-base processor Windows 10 v.1803. After selecting PE, when done, windows starts and disk copy will not finish.

Do you mean it enters into Windows directly? If yes, please create the PE manually.

Once the PE has done it's thing, the system re-boots back into Windows. So, AOMEI (Hard drive to hard drive copy)never finishes what it's doing. If I need to create the PE manually, how do I do this?

I'll give this a try and see what appends. Last time I did a clone disk was in XP and it was a breeze. I've found Windows 10 a lot harder to do things in it.
