restore from 32 bit to 64 bit win 10

Hi can i restore all my settings and software,registry and other BUT do not copy windows.
i need to backup on my windows 32 bit and restore it from my 64 bit version of windows 10.
some hardware before.

    I would  say NO. Your registry and settings are part of the OS and 32 bit and 64 bit are not compatible. Some software may be able to be backed up but most software requires an installer that put entries in the registry to function. The only real thing you can backup and transfer are data files, ie pictures, music, videos.
