Selected partitions overlaps with existing partitions

I have scanned the full disk and found the partition to recover but it doesn't let me select those partitions showing "Selected partitions overlaps with existing partitions, please re-select." I have tried different things but nothing were fruitful. Any help will be appreciated.
For a clear understanding I'm attaching the screenshot.
