No Backup Scheme tab in AOMEI Backupper Professional ver 3.1

Maybe a dumb question.  If I try to manage backup scheme in Aomei 3.1 as per http://www.backup-utility.com/articles/automatically-remove-older-backups-1128.html  When I check Properties for my backup there is no Backup Scheme Tab as illustrated.  Is this feature not available in 3.1 or am I looking in the wrong place?  Thanks in advance

    The current version is 4.0.5, please upgrade to the latest version.

    The backup scheme is in Advanced-->Edit Backup.
