Error 4103 - Failed to write file

I have a new laptop computer (1 month old - Erazer - Windows 10) with hard drive and ssd and i now have a new 1TB seagate external drive (SCSI) to back up to.  

I managed to create a system backup using AOMEI BackUpper but when I try to back up all my folders and files I receive the 4103 error.  I have tried having everything closed down apart from BackUpper and also tried with browser and programs open I have more than enough space on the EHD - any ideas as to what the problem could be please - struggling here? Very frustrated because it looks like this is a great program.

  • Please try to backup in Backupper WinPE to see if the error persists.
