onekey recovery fails to create partition / backup

Hello,


i just bought AOMEI OneKey Recovery today.


it allready starts perfect with errors.  it doesnt work.

so i hope someone can help me with this and what i am doing wrong.

i run the backup.  program tells me to that some operations need to reboot into Windows PE.

i click yes.

PC reboots.

after pc init i see the recovery logo appear and its loading.  after 10 seconds or so,  it tells me it failed.


i can surely use some help with this.  i thought this would be easy with oneclick.  guess its not. :(

    Did you get the "Failed to initialize the program due to unknown reasons" error?

    couldnt find the program


    and another time it says indeed
    "Failed to initialize the program due to unknown reasons" error?

    any feedback on this matter?  or is the program just broken?
