Windows 7 not recognizing 4TB hard drive

I just installed a 4TB hard drive in my Windows 7 Ultimate PC.  Windows is only recognizing the drive as a 2TB drive.  Using Dynamic Disk Manager Pro and/or partition Assistant Pro, how do I make Windows recognize the full 4TB?

    Have you initialised it as gpt?

    In Aomei pa main window, rt click the disk and covert to gpt.

    Yes, that right please convert that disk to GPT style with Partition Assistant.
