Creating bootable media stuck at 58%

  • Hi, I'm trying to create bootable media. I have tried burning a bootable disk on my cd writer, but the program gets to 58% and hangs there. In fact, I tried the same thing for exporting an ISO file, but it still hangs at 58%. 

  • For some reason, it won't detect my USB drive for me to try backing up to that.

  • I'm using Win 7.

  • Any ideas what I can do please?

    I think their bootable media program has lots of problems. Email support and they'll give you a link to download an ISO that will work when you burn it to disk.
