Restoring a Windows 10 user's Files

To access a user's files from an image backup when the C partition is mounted as (say) drive H, its is necessary to change the owner of the files to oneself. I need to change the ownership of user "xyz" to "me". Unfortunately, drive H appears to be mounted as read-only and so such change of ownership is prevented. Is it possible to mount tdrive with read-write access or is there another solution?

I note that Macrium Reflect does have the option to allow the mounting of an image file as read-writeable. Could this be added as an option?

Do you access the files on another computer than the backup is made on?

This problem only occurs with Windows Explorer. Use another program to browse and access the files.

Like q-dir.exe (Google it) or Command prompt (cmd.exe) or any other explorer or commander.
