Backupper system backup is backing up the whole drive, empty sectors and all?

Backupper system backup is backing up the whole drive, empty sectors and all. I've set it to use "Intelligent Sector Backup" so that only used sectors are backed up. I'm getting like 500GB of backup files, for a 50GB system drive. 

I'm using Windows 10 Professional 64 bit.

The drive is SSD. Using bitlocker to encrypt it.

    FYI: Using bitlocker causes the whole drive including empty sectors to be backed up according to AOMEI support.
