4.0.4 Backup Pro (create USB boot device not working)

Whenever I install a new version, I create a new USB image (bootable drive).  Thought it was a bad USB drive at first -- so I tried another, same issue.  Quite important, as I have no method to restore (if needed).

    Disregard.  Bad batch of thumb drives.  Found one that worked.  Cheers!
