Back up driver works improperly.

I just installed the program and am unable to create a back up.  I have restarted the computer and it did not solve my problem.  Following is the message I get.


Backup is initializing...

Checking volumes...

Backing up the information of storage device...

Backing up of the volume 0 (Z:)...

Information Code:4140

The backup driver works improperly, you could restart the computer to solve the problem.
