Backupper hangs

Hi folks,

some time ago I had created a sync job for AOMEI Backupper Free. With this job, my Firefox profile was synchronized to my second hard disk once a week.

That had always worked so far to this day. But now the whole process hangs at 1% while the program was trying to create a snapshot. The operation can not be cancelled, too.

What could be the reason for this ?!

    About your second hard disk, is it an external disk? Besides, can you provide more details about the "Firefox profile"?

    Meanwhile, I could solve the problem!
    The VSS service was stuck and I restarted it. Now the sync works perfectly again.
