access deny to my back up files

hi,

I created a back up of all my C drive files on external drive using AOMEI backupper standard.  after reformating my laptop 

I can see the files are there but cant get access and unable to get to them. anyone can help with it with a step by step 

solutioni can follow?

    Do you want to restore the system backup? Why do you need to reformat your laptop?
