Done a System Backup, how to write the .adi file to disc

I've done a System backup, I believe it's the same as disc image? I've divided it into 3 dvd size .adi files. I'm using BurnAware. How do I write, and which option should I choose. BurnAware doesn't seem to identify .adi file. I also have a Linux Bootable ISO on my drive.
