4TB RAW Partition not accessable to WIN10

Hello. I have a 4TB drive that is seen as MBR type that will not display or come up in Windows 10. I purchased your product to convert it to a GPT disk and non-destrictively convert the disk to GPT so it can be seen full 4TB in Windows 10. Currently I changed over to GPT and the drive will still not come up. Tried to repair MBR but drive keeps coming up saying 'please format' - could you please help me figure out how to repair this drive with your software I purchased? Thanks!

    Is there data on the disk?

    Is the disk broke? Can you see it on another computer?

    Can you see it in Disk management? Is it initialized? 

    For conversion MBR->GPT without data, Windows Diskpart can do the job without pay.

    Or you backup the data, convert in Windows Diskpart, and restore the data. That's free too.

    Before the conversion, is it RAW partition?
