System Backup - Disk Backup

what is the difference?

in the event of a disk crash and I need to restore, would I want a System Backup or Disk Backup

    If you only have a C: drive there is no difference. If you also have another partition, say D: for data, then this D: is only included in the disk backup, since D: is not a necessary part of the operating system.
