Backupper has locked my pc

was running on win10. dis a backup 2 months ago. tried to restore backup and it failed but i am now stuck in a "Preparing automatic repair" loop nothing clears it. cannot even boot from cd  always back to same screen


also apparently backupper created an X: drive I am unable to delete this either from the dos prompt which ia all I can now access

    Is it a backup of the current computer? Did you restore to the original location?
