Backup Image

I am attempting to make my first backup image of my C drive.  It has been going for 2 hrs now and only at 6% and not increasing.  I had a similiar problem with Macrium that just started last Monday.  A scheduled backup didn't initiate.  When I tried to do a manual backup, it started the process but remained stagnant for hours.  Backups use to only take about 20 minutes before.  I thought there might be a Win 10 issue so I restored a 3 week old backup but nothing help.  I am at a loss now what to try.  I can clone and restore with no problem, but making an image seems impossible.

    Please cancel the operation and then try again to see if the problem still exists.
