Safe Partitions to Reallocate

Being a newbie I am at a loss as to what partitions are safe to reallocate and merge into my "C" drive. This is what my Disk 0 drive reads. Is it alright to allocate both to "C".

   Disk0                   System                     "C"                   

   Basic                 100mb ntfs               911.76 GB                  19.65 GB

931.51 GB        Healthy (System)    (Healthy (Boot)        Healthy OEM Partition

 Online

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
