Email Notifications for free edition 3.5

Hi,


We are using the server and free edition of aomei. we dont have any problem in the server edition when it comes with email notifications however in the free edition we are not receiving any email notification after a backup but the test email notification is working. im just wondering if the free edition email notification is not working really?
