previous backup from SSD later restore to hard disk partition possible?

Assume I performed a System backup from a (Win 7 or Win 10) partition on a SSD.

Now lets assume the SSD gets damaged: Can I later restore the Win 7 or Win10 partition to the hard disk as well?

    Yes, you can restore on another disk as long as there is enough space to hold all the files.
