PARTITION ASSITANT. MBR to GPT

Hi all,

i bought AOMEI Partition Assistant professional and I converted Windows 10 x64 system disk (Samsung SSD 950 pro) from MBR to GPT. All is ok boot normally but Windows chkdsk say that the $boot file is corrupted (wrong bitmapped?), if i try to fix this, the result is :
- restart OS
- scan 100% complete
- Reboot.
But none was fixed. Every time i run chkdsk the result is the same. Also tried to fix boot from Windows installation disk but not helped.
Also tried to reconvert from GPT to MBR but issue persist.
How can i fix this?
(Also can't make rescue disk from Windows (some file missing?) I think it's related to this).

    @maxino  Sorry for the late reply. he system is bootabl now, right?  Please send us the screenshot of the error message you get when you do the CHKDSK. Waiting for you.
