NAS Connection

I just acquired AOMEI Backupper.  I backed up a PC to our server, created a linux and window boot disk and neither can find the server for the restore.  It is a windows 10 pc and windows 2008 R2 server

    You cannot find the backup image which saved in the NAS to do the restore,right?Please try to "pin IP" to check if the NAS is connected in the right way.
