AOMEI PreOS mode not working

Hello, I have a ThinkPad T420 Laptop with both Windows 7 and Windows 10 installed. 

I am currently using AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard Edition, and installed an SSD to migrate Windows 10.

However, as I was trying to migrate Windows 10 to my SSD, the on-screen instructions said that I will enter PreOS mode, but this never happened.

Instead, I was greeted by a black, blank screen with a flickering cursor, and I was never able to boot into my OS either.

I tried to hard reboot my system, but when I turned my PC back on, it gave me a BIOS error message, which made me replace my RAM.

However, even after replacing my RAM and turning it back on, my computer doesn't boot into either PreOS mode or my OS.

Please give me some help.

    Sorry for the problem, please try to create the bootable media with Partition Assistnat in another computer and then boot into the winpe rebuild the MBR. Then boot the system again.
