Migrate OS to HDD Not showing any partitions?

so I'm trying to transfer my OS to a larger partition (it's currently on my SSD which is too small to update it atall and it's causing issues) but whenever I get to the part where I select a partition, nothings there, it's not showing anything D:

    You transfer the OS to same disk? Or the partition D is in another disk? If the space is nor enough, you cannot shoose it as the destination.
