Unable to Open Backupper Program

I get a popup message every time I try to open the AOMEI program.   "AOMEI Backupper is being run"   If I click OK which is my only option, it just closes the window but it won't let me into the program.  Over 14 hours now, still the same.  I am very new at using this program--just installed the free version less than a week ago.  I made one disk backup and one file backup and that's all.  Haven't figured it all out yet, but this is not a good sign to be locked out like this.  Please help!

  • Sorry for this problem, please try to close all the services which are releated with AOMEI.

    Then rerun the software.
