If I buy (or build) a new computer, How do I transfer the AOMEI license? Does the per-machine license reset after a certain amount of time being offline?

No, if you register it on one computer, it will just can use in this computer all the time. BUt if you want to transfer from that computer to another computer, please contact [email protected] , we will find the solutions for you.
