Having issues trying to "Explore Image"

When I am trying to Explorer an image made with Backupper it will load into a virtual partition, I  can see the folders but they show as "Empty Folder" If I try to open them I get a "You don't currently have permission to access this folder." I click continue, then get an access denied message.

How do I gain access to my backup image folders? I replaced my hard drive with a new one, then did a clean install of Windows 10. Now I want to restore certain folders from my Backupper back ups, not a full reinstall.

There are security access issues among different Windows versions / implementations. But only in Windows Explorer. Download Q-dir.exe or use any other file explorer or even CMD.exe (dos-box) and start it as administrator (rightclick on the exe/link)

Thank you JohnnyboyGo. I downloaded Q-dir as suggested, now I can see the files in the folders. Good help!
