Nobody is using this fantastic option? I can not post any log beacuse it doesn't start. If I use logoff option all work fine. I need support or the company will choose another software.
Hello, I used another way for bypass the quick boot, holding the shift key and it works correctly. Will you correct this bug in next version? Can I suggest to improve in the next version, an usefull option, when I attach one usb storage unit, automaticcally the backup starts?

Sorry for the inconvenience. pLease try to reboot to the BIOS to disable the quick boot. And then rerun the software to set another shutdown backup.
