How to help with documentation

I just began reading the documentation. When reading  file-backup.html a lot of suggestions and corrections came to my mind. I've compiled these into a .odt document and would be happy to submit that file as  a request to address a documentation issue. How should I do this?

    I did upload the file using the attachment button in this editor window. However I do not know where the file is now - I cant see it in the forum...

    Can you specify an email addresse to use fo sending the file?
