Backuppe unable to see system disk

Just installed backupper.

Can't make a system backup.  The main disk OS(C:) is not visible.    OS is Windows 10 (Home),   Tried  runninng Backupper as administrator, didn't help.   The C: drive and the D: drive are both visible in the file explorer.

Is this is Windows 10 Home problem?  Computer is an ASUS T100 Transformer notebook.

Please help

    2048MB RAM + 64 GB EMMC + 500 GB HDD

this is the second thread to ask about EMMC. see Surface 3. There seems to be a new/weird disk layout that makes AOMEI not recognize it as GPT.

  • For the question:Aomei Backupper cannot recognize the disk.

    Solution:

    Running AOMEI Backupper under Windows

     1. Please make sure the drive is listed under Windows Disk Management.

    2. Please check the type of this drive. Backupper doesn’t support eMMC storage device.

    3. Please check whether or not the drive is 4096 bytes per sector. You can install and run Partition Assistant:

http://www.disk-partition.com/free-partition-manager.html, then right click a partition on the drive--select Properties--File System Info to check it.

Backupper doesn’t support drives with 4096 bytes per sector.

    4. Please check whether or not you have encrypted the drive. If so, please decrypt it. After completing the operation, you can encrypt it again.

    5. Please check whether or not the drive is a dynamic disk. Backupper doesn’t support backing dynamic disk by using Disk Backup.

Please use System Backup or Partition Backup to back up it.

Sorry again for the inconvenience we made to you.
