Where does the "Press F11 for AOMEI OneKey Recovery" come from?

I'm trying to customize my OneKey install a little and I'm wondering where the "Press F11 for AOMEI OneKey Recovery" function comes from? Since this is on a UEFI system I know that it's not in a MBR BootSector like when using a traditional BIOS, so what file provides this functionality?

I noticed that OneKey creates TWO entries in the UEFI boot list. If I disable the first entry then I do not get the "Press F11" display during boot. If I disable the second one then I don't get the "Enter into AOMEI...." option in the Metro Loader anymore. So I know it must have something to do with that first entry but I'm just not sure what.

Any ideas?

  • I knew once I posted this up I'd figure it out *sigh*.

Just in case anyone else stumbles upon this and would like to know, it's in the "AomeiBoot.efi" file that is located on the "EFI System Partition" in the "Aomei" folder.
