Should I use AOMEI onekey to make a restore partition even though I have backupper pro 

and make regular backups.

is it worth it?

    You can create a Win PE bootable disk by backupper pro.

    If your pc failed you can use the bootable disk to restore it,by this way you do not need to create the restore partitiob by onekey.
