Keyboard issue with AOMEI backupper when booting from USB
After having booted with USB drive, I then try to map a network location but when I try to type a "\" backslash character I get a "#" character insted. All other characters work normally and the issue is only with the backslash character. Keyboard works fine under Windows 10 Pro where my language is English (Australian). Can you assist me please? I like your software and would like to keep using it if I can get this issue fixed.

I should have made it clear that I am using a laptop device - HP Elitebook 8440p to be exact. There is no external keyboard.
We feel very sorry that there is a little problem with that issue and we are trying to fix it.And you can select to use"/".
