Program does not find the system partition

Hello again. I've decided to stop trying to solve the "Invalid Parameter" error, but now I'm getting a new one. When I try to perform a full system backup, the "Step 1" option is grayed and it states, "The program does not find the system partition". I don't understand why this is happening. I thought maybe it was because it was hidden, so I assigned it a drive letter and still no luck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.


The main 1tb drive is partitioned as follows:


System Reserved=349mb

OS=205gb

Data=724gb

  • May I ask what kind of disk of your computer,if it's EMMC type or it has big sector(4096Bytes/sector) our product can not recognize.Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Hello, thanks for the help. It's a standard SATA 1tb drive.

  • We suggest you to check that if your disk is a big sector(4096Bytes /sector),you can check your disk introduction book or ask the merchant.And if it is a big sector ,we feel sorry to inform you that our product do not support.
