Clone to SSHD fails

Despite having bought into Backupper pro I can't get to clone from existing Windows 7 HDD to a Seagate SSHD twice the capacity. I did it once then ran it when W10 was offered which proved fatal so wiped the Seagate SSHD. Now it doesn't seem to be accepted by Backupper. Have I wiped the formatting perhaps? Does anyone out there know a way to sort this please?

    Sorry for the inconvenience,our product support the small sector of SSHD,if your SSHD is a big sector(4096Bytes/sector),our product does not support  that.
