Explorer error

I made my first backup and after that I tested the explorer image but i get this error:(Windows 10 AOMEI Backupper Technician)

Failed to explore or preview the image.

Sorry for the inconvenience,you can check the image by using the utilities to check if the image is complete.And may I ask what kind of backup you have done.The system backup or disk backup or partition back up?

I have the same error.  Back up complete 100% and the check said the backup is ok.

Sorry for the problem.

Can you try to restore the image to see if it can be restored succesfully.

And you can send us the Log Files under the installation directory of AOMEI.
