No data backup?

Hello, I need some urgent help please. I used Aomei Backupper Standard to do an incremental backup of my notebook system on an external hard drive. This was the 32nd incremental backup after the first system backup was done a few years ago. My notebook was stolen and I attempted to explore the data files (Excel, Word, etc.) in order to copy them to another notebook. I followed the instructions in the website to explore the image however to my surprise the folder with all my files was not listed in neither of the two virtual directories, H and G. The lost files were in a shared folder which was physically stored in the stolen notebook but I had checked some time ago that I would be able to explore the image. Many thanks for your help.

  • Apologies for the false alarm, I was able to find the files in one of the folders that was backed up. I will now attempt to copy these files to another HD using Windows Explorer and will report if there are any issues.
