AOMEI Backupper Notification Problems - approach to solving the problem

hello everyone,

we also send many e-mails since v2.5
about this notification bug to the aomei support staff but until now
there is no fix for the nasty used smtp modul in the aomei backupper
technician edition.

for example - one notification problem thread in the forum

http://www.aomeitech.com/forum/discussion/comment/6050#Comment_6050

we have the same situation like edf and many more mentioned in their posts. on every server (win2008,
win2008r2, windows2012, windows2012r2) we tested our internal smtp
server we didnt recognise any network activity on our cyrus smtp server.
telnet smtp mode tests working without any problem on our servers. any
other 3rd party software e-mail notification works without a problem. external smtp notificationsover aomei works most of the time but not usable in production environments.

please fix these bugs with internal smtp servers in your notification modul, still present in the last
v3.2, and whats more important to find the failure, give the users the
possibility to debug the failure for you. implement a log mode or print
the communication results on using the notification test button. in that
way we all could help you to find the failure and you dont need to hide
on the fact that you need to collect the used costumer server models.

believe your customers that there is a big problem in the notification modul and
give us the possibility to debug for you out in the wild - much more
useful than your try to solve it for your alone.

please make this bug 1st priority for fixxing or/and implement debug options in the next version !!!

also please implement asap the possibility to do a silent installation of aomei backuper via command line.

if you want to sell software for productive enviroments you have to release bug free core moduls, solid as a rock - any other feature are nice to have ;)

just my 2 cents, from an until now dissapointed customer.

best regards

sebastian
