external USB Disk not visible for restore

Hello guys,

I make a disk Backup to an external USB 3.0 disk.

After I boot from the AOMEI Boot disk,.... the external disk was not visible, also the USB 

mouse doesn't work. 

The network Connection to my NAS, get the problem "no network card",....

So,... how can I acces my Backup to restore from HDISK to SSD :-)

PC: New Lenovo G50 - change UEFI to legacy to boot from CD ....

  • Is the USB mouse in a a USB 3 port?

    Are USB 3 drivers on boot disk?

    I don't know, it's the generated boot disk from AOMEI ;-)

  • Is the mouse ina  a usb 3 port (it's coloured blue)?

    If it is, it suggests that the USB 3 drivers aren't being loaded, then you must add them at the time you make the bootable disk.


  • Yes, please add the drivers when you creating the bootable media.
