Disk environment has changed and not consistent. Code 12

I am using AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard Version: 5.6.4.

I got a new SSD, I would like to migrate my data to it.

I am connected the SSD using storage dock or external hard disk holder. In my Windows 7 I am able to detect it, and save file inside the drive, the drive does not have any issue.


Once I apply the migration. It bring me to restart and go to PreOS mode. When it just start it prompted me

Disk environment has changed and not consistent. Code 12


I tried few times, also having the same error. How do I resolve it? Can I migrate it using external drive casing / dock?
