AOMEI Partition Assistant isn't working!!

I downloaded the trial version which worked a treat so i purchased the product.  Now, when I open AOMEI, all I get is 'Manage this disk'  When I click it, it takes me back to the trial version but won't implement any changes.

Also, I get a pop up at the beginning (as per photo) but when my computer restarts, the pop up comes back again.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn't helped.  I've only had this laptop a fortnight - please help me before I throw it out in the street!!!!  And yes, I have the dreaded Windows 10 on it!!!

Sorry for the late. Please download the software at this link: http://www.aomeisoftware.com/download/pa/full/DM_Pro.zip 

When you install and activate it, please first disable the antiviruse programs.
