Does partition resizing physically move other partitions?

Hi,

I have lot of bad sectors on disk. I'll try to logically isolate them by creating a hidden partition that physically resides on that bad area. So, I have a good partition at the beginning, then a bad hidden partition and unallocated space.

The question is: If I extend the first good partition will the subsequent bad partition physically moved so it does not include bad sectors anymore? If yes, so I must probably instead of extending create a new partition in the unallocated space. Or does someone have a better hint how to logically isolate bad sectors from Windows. The problem is that windows CHKDISK and FDISK do not find those bad sectors and are trying to use those anyway.
