The difference in speed between the free version and the Pro version

Looking at the added features in the paid version vs the free version one of them says you get an increased both backup and restore speed but how big is the difference? Is there a comparison chart somewhere I overlooked?

    There is no difference in speed between the free version and the Pro version.

    Howe come is the increased speed listed as one of the key features in the Pro version then?
